The Elgin Business Resource Centre
The Elgin Business Resource Centre has two satellite office locations in Elgin County. EBRC staff are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and ready to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your business or business idea. Thee offices offer the following services:
- Business counseling for new and existing businesses
- Access to loans and grants
- Resource library
- Educational workshops
The offices are open Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Elgin Business Resource Centre (EBRC) is a developmental lender providing entrepreneurs, established businesses and co-operatives with business loans of up to $250,000. Loans are eligible to qualified clients for start-up, expansion or preservation of an existing business within the region and with an emphasis on economic diversification, job maintenance or creation.
The Elgin Business Resource Centre offers free business counselling whether you are already in, or looking to go into business. With many years of experience, our staff can provide advice and support to your business venture.
For those starting from the beginning, our staff can assist you with the development of your business plan while answering any questions regarding maintenance of existing enterprises. All of our staff are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and ready to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your business.
